The Lancs & Cheshire English Springer Spaniel Club would like to invite you to one or both of our shows held during the year
We hold an Open show, to help promote up and coming judges for the breed, both 'specialists' and 'non-breed specialist'
Annually we also hold a breed Championship Show, a prestigious affair, with judges ranging from 1st timers, overseas, and old custodians of the breed.
We hope that you will be able to support our shows, and we look forward to offording you a very warm welcome.

Here is an introduction to our judge for the Open Show:
I started showing career in Junior Handling with English Springer Spaniels. Later she venturing into American Cocker Spaniels with my sister Lisa, making up 18 titleholders, mostly homebred and many whom have been Top Dog and Top Puppy in their time. Our most successful male thus far is the male CC winning record holder and a multiple all breed BIS winner.
We started showing Toy Poodles with dogs from Ann Ingram & Kay Ryan of Tirkane fame and is very lucky to have their support as mentors and great friends. To date we have owned/bred 16 Toy Poodle Champions including several Top Toy Poodles, Top Puppy, Crufts CC and BOB winners, an all-breed bpis and numerous stakes qualifiers.
After meeting my husband Alastair l became involved with showing and grooming the ewtor dogs, and have also added Champions Field spaniels and Hungarian wire haired vizsla. I’m very much looking forward to my day with the ESS and thank the club for their kind invitation.
